ATTENTION: To the Owner or Manager of this Coffee Shop

My friends and I visited your shop on April 18.

On our first visit, my friend paid for our orders. On our second visit (after swimming), I paid for both my coffee and my friend's. The next day, April 19, my friends visited the shop again. As soon as they entered, your staff told them: โ€œYou didnโ€™t pay yesterday you guys just leave without payingโ€ To avoid embarrassment, my friends paid againโ€”even though we had already paid the day before.

Later, one of my friends messaged me asking, โ€œDidnโ€™t you pay yesterday? The staff asked for payment so I just paid again.โ€

Then today, April 20, I went back to your shop to talk to the manager or owner. But your staff said no one was available. I asked to see the CCTV footage, and they said itโ€™s not working.

How is that acceptable? If something serious happened in your shop, and your CCTV isnโ€™t working, thatโ€™s a big safety concern. On top of that, the staffโ€™s only solution was to refund the moneyโ€”but this is not just about money anymore.

This situation affected my reputation. I feel embarrassed that my friends thought I didnโ€™t pay. If they hadnโ€™t told me, I wouldโ€™ve never known the staff asked them for payment again.

My main point: Your staff acted dishonestly, trying to get extra payment from guests. This is not just a mistakeโ€”it looks like a scam. So to future customers: Be careful. Always pay directly at the counter and ask for a receipt. If you or your friends come back the next day, they might claim you didnโ€™t pay.

Alsoโ€”they donโ€™t give change immediately. You have to ask for it, or theyโ€™ll treat it like a tip. If you forget to ask, theyโ€™ll just keep it.

This is unacceptable behavior. I hope the management takes this seriously and fixes how the staff treats...

Dominggo Cafรฉ instantly won me over with its bohemian ambiance โ€” clean, colorful, and cozy. Paired with a serene seaside view, the setting offers a refreshing escape and the perfect place to unwind and take in the moment.

We originally went there just for fun diving, but the place felt so comforting that it was like we came just to relax and chill. The calming atmosphere truly makes you want to stay longer than planned.

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Although the cafรฉ draws many foreign visitors, they made sure to treat everyone equally and respectfully, including us locals โ€” something I truly appreciated.

The food is on the pricier side, but definitely worth trying. From the inviting atmosphere to the warm service, everything about the experience felt like a mini getaway close to home.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing cafรฉ with great vibes and a...

Iโ€™ve been there yesterday with 4 friends, we pay the fee for entrance and the โ€œenvironmental feeโ€. First of all they gave us just a paper wrote by hands. No tickets . After 1 hour to discuss the price coz both employers didnโ€™t know the right fee. Then we stayed for lunch (4pax) and when we left I forgot my sarong on the chair. I came back for it and the staff said that they didnโ€™t see it. I asked to check the cameras if it was possible. They said that cameras were broken. So I talked with the owner, a Chinese lady super rude and with a huge lack of good education. She basically told me that was my fault if I left my things in the table and she couldnโ€™t do anything. Which I understand but there is not the way to talk with customers. Respect and professionalism is something that the owner of this place...

This place is absolutely ๐Ÿ”ฅ. We found this place from social media and it did not disappoint. We got coffee and lunch here and then chilled by the ocean for a bit before we did some freediving and a โ€œsardine runโ€ The prices I believe are reasonable but you must pay for a guide, which is 500. We had our own mask and fins but to rent you need another 500 pesos. To rent a go pro youโ€™ll need another 1000. Totally worth it though. If you have all your own gear, itโ€™ll be a cheap experience. Either way, super fun! If you can Freedive, your guide will show you the cliff/cave where you can dive through it and come out the other side. Itโ€™s maybe 12 which isnโ€™t bad. Our guides name is Dave (see selfie below) and he was really cool and tried his best to get some good shots of us.

I had a really disappointing experience at Dominggo Cafe near Napaling Reef. The place looks decent at first, but everything else was terrible. Prices are much higher than other nearby dive shops, and after diving, there was no water for showering โ€” even worse, the changing room was dirty and had feces inside. The staffโ€™s attitude wasnโ€™t friendly, and I later found out they work closely with local drivers who push tourists to come here just to get commissions. It felt dishonest and uncomfortable. If youโ€™re looking for a clean, professional, and transparent diving or snorkeling experience around Napaling Reef, Iโ€™d strongly recommend going somewhere else.
