L.CONDOTEL（Imperial Plaza Residence） — Hotel in Parañaque

staff & security was absolutely lovely and accommodating but im pretty certain my flower hair clip was stolen when i asked someone at the desk to get our room cleaned that day. i placed it on the table and me and my partner went out and then literally never saw it again. ive looked everywhere for it too, double checked my luggage, my partner's luggage and hand bag. ive flipped the room upside down at this point and could not find it at all. ive never thought to ask the front desk because i didnt think staff would do such a thing and maybe just shoved it in another pocket of my luggage but still cant find it now that i am back in australia. a shame, i really...

I booked 2 nights at L.Condotel and I like it there Closed to the mall ( by grab is less than 10 minutes without traffic) and closed to the Airport The room looks new. They provide 2 small bottles of water. Smart TV with all options ( don’t forget to sign out your Netflix , prime etc ) I stayed on 17th floor. Looks like it is Chinese building. So when I want to go to my room I have to visit reception then staff escort me to the elevator and tap key card to access to my floor. 1000 peso for the deposit. The intercom in the room was not working. WiFi was super weak when in bed. I have to stay close to the door to get better signal. Everything...

This place has very nice people but if you get hot easy do not stay here until you check the A/C. It’s obvious when you feel the air blowing of it will eventually cool the room down and there was no way it was going to get cool so I left didn’t ask my money back or anything and got another room and the only other thing I think it’s located horrible you’re in the middle of nowhere no grocery stores around other than Asian stores if that’s OK with you that’s fine.
