Sbarro - PITX — Restaurant in Parañaque

I'm writing this review not to criticize the branch or the restaurant itself but to bring attention to management to fix issues for better service and awareness to customer before dining in to this restaurant. About 3 days ago June 26 around 1 to 2 pm with my wife and daughter we decided to eat out in this outlet. We got set menu of a piece of pizza with pasta for me and my wife and pasta for my daughter . The sauce for pasta tomato and meat sauce are too watery while the cream sauce just fine not tasty at all you need to add salt and pepper to make it better. Pizza was cold they just reheated it and I think it's been there for an hour or so not fresh at all. The restaurant is too hot no air-conditioning to fresh you up while eating. Staff are not too attentive for customer needs. When we reach home a had this stomach ache and started a diarrhea for 3 of us which the last meal we had is at this restaurant. We're sick for 2 days. The food I ordered was lasagna with white sauce. I liked it because it was heavy enough to full me for its high price but having that huge portion is a hit or miss. It's something you can't every single day because of how heavy it is. But the staff was really really nice and kind. They're very accommodating and overall happy vibes.
