FLOWER GARDEN HOSTEL — Hotel in Puerto Princesa

Upon arriving at Hanbee's Garden Pension, we were given a room where the airco did not work, getting a new room near, ok. Day afterwards, move back to another room. There were almost no guests in the guesthouse. And that's why the electricity is sometimes completely dismissed, incomprehensible, so the pool will not be cleaned .... leaking taps, the air conditioning is very noisy. The staff is very limited, and have to do everything at once. Rooms are fairly cleaned. Door of the room can not be locked, you can walk inside, no safe is available, no cameras in the hotel, no check inside and outside the hotel. A guest house to never come back. Leading staff does not even speak English ...? By the way, I read that the guesthouse was within walking distance of the beach .... ??? Half an hour walk to the sea, but no beach to be seen. I hope that I help people not to choose this pension. Also prices of cooked food are high for Philippine...

We recently stayed at Hanbees for a couple of nights while in Puerto Princesa. Firstly, we had booked through booking.com and before we arrived we saw that the same room was advertised on Agoda for less than half the price!! Obviously that was annoying to say the least.||The outdoor area is really lovely and pool looks very clean, our room was small and average. On the first night there was some rain and the ceiling leaked quite heavily onto one of our beds and some of our things! (Nightmare) after this we were told that they would "see" if they could swap us to another room, however made us wait a few hours before we could move any of our things into a dry area. Having said that, we were offered a partial refund for the night as obviously we had barely slept.||Overall the place is ok if you have paid the lower...

This place is affordable. I booked for a fan room but they gave me an aircon room which is better. They have free breakfast but it includes 1 fried egg, a ham, 2 pieces of bread and jam. However, they have free coffee available all throughout the day. Their eletricity/power plug is same with Korea (the circle ones) but you can borrow an adapter in the reception.|- the location is okay for me because i just asked the person in-charge of my tour to pick me up in the hotel.|- the room itself is clean and the air con in my room functions well. there's a heater in the shower as well. however, i don't like the sink because it looks untidy and even the CR looks untidy.|- the staff are friendly and helpful. they are easy to talk with and approachable too.|- i haven't tried their pool but i haven't seen...
