Kerusso Haven — Hotel in Puerto Princesa

Rooms are pretty basic but have everything you will need including A/C and fridge. Environment is very beautiful and peaceful. The location is very pretty- around 15 mins to Puerto Princesa centre via tricycle (around 50php per person)- but there is a restaurant at the hotel and two next door at the neighbouring resort. Restaurant food is very good.

The real standout feature of this hotel is the staff. All of the reception staff (especially the two women) were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, always offering help before you can even ask. We booked all of our tours with them (Underground river and Honda Bay Island hopping) for around 2000php per person which is cheaper than we found everywhere else, with lunch and hotel pick up and drop off included (very convenient and took the stress out of it for us). Each day 2 bottles of water per person were dropped off to our room by the staff free of charge. The restaurant staff were also amazing and incredibly helpful when one of our group was sick.
