I am so grateful to the staff of Haeinsa Condotel. I had last minute requests and changes that I needed to board my flight and Ms Jing, despite her being busy, helped me get it done! Thank you so much Ms Jing! All the staff I talked to were helpful and informative. The room I stayed in was clean and I had a good night's rest. I was alone but I got the room for a couple which I think is more spacious. I am glad I did. The area outside is quite busy (karaoke, street sounds) but it is not too loud with the windows closed. Wifi was fast. You can use the wifi for only 1 device. Since there was no telephone in my room, you can contact the staff via Facebook, text or e-mail for your requests. The bathroom was small and the toilet lid was old but there was good water pressure with hot water. Toothbrush, towels and small packs of shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper were also there when I arrived. You may need to ask for soap. You can bring food into the room but there is a restaurant in the first floor as well. No refrigerator, microwave in my basic room so you need to make sure to wrap your trash if you don't want insects to come. Big TV, cabinets for your clothes and things and mirrors were available. There was even a small table with 2 comfortable chairs. It is a good place to stay in if you want to save your pesos for the sights. All in all, a pleasant stay!

I stayed here for a week. Overall, this condotel is way homey than other properties as this is located in a residential area. The room I stayed in is quite spacious and clean. It is nearby the main highway (EDSA) and MRT station so transportation is easy. The staff are really accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The area is quiet and has a lot of local eateries and stores open until late at night. The only minor downside is that this property does not have an elevator, but the staff are helpful to help carry your things.

Room was small, but I dont really mind as I just want a place to sleep. They provided only free bottled water, some toiletries. There were no microwave oven, ref. They have food thru room service but I had mine ordered online thru food delivery apps. I found the blanket too thin, so I used the provided towels as extra blankets. It was relatively easy to find as it was a walking distance from EDSA, albeit it's actually quite a distance from the nearest MRT or EDSA Carousel bus station.

Best NEW YEAR celebration ever! --NOT! :P||||Location was near GMA but we decided to take Grab going there. It can easily be found if you use that option. Staff were not welcoming, maybe they thought we were one of the tenants. No one bothered to say good afternoon or welcome or whatever greeting they want. They kept on talking to each other while the other one was cleaning. Receptionist asked do you have a booking/reservation with us? I said yes, and just showed her a screenshot of my booking confirmation. No IDs required. lol Then she handed me the key card and the little paper with the lobby's phone number and the wifi password. The wifi connection was fast.||||We stayed on the 4th floor (4I). No elevators. However, for a quadruple room, we were given one with a double deck option, it wasn't what I was expecting. I was hoping for at least 2 double beds. Lights were gloomy. Air conditioning was fine as it should be. I thought my reservation didn't have any microwave option but it did so I was wondering if the room given was correct. There were also a sink and some plates and glass included. Luckily, we also brought our own utensils.||||Their restaurant wasn't open as well as it was a holiday and they didn't have a cook.||||Overall, I'd say it was one of the poorest rooms I've ever been in. Felt sorry for myself and my cousins as I should have chosen somewhere else in Timog.||||If I were you, save yourselves. Look for another budget room, don't get this one. Or at least look for another ZEN room in a different location. Lesson...
