Service is excellent and security is good. They have a lift. Not too noisy in the evening but it can get a bit noisy during the day. Though it is in a rough area, we like it that we can either walk or take a trike to get to places like the Araneta. It was helpful that there is a laundry shop next door.

Room 'look' clean but does not smell clean. Toilet floor gets wet due to the design of it. The cleaner used dirty mop and basahan to clean the room. He even put the toilet brush near the sink where we put our things including our toothbrush. Nothing to put your luggage / things so everything will be on the floor. Small cockroaches. I rated you 2 stars because you were cheap and I had to only stay for 7 hours to sleep. But no way it is worth it.
