EM's Seaside Inn — Hotel in Siquijor

We had a problem with the inclusion of our booking from Hotels.com. It actually shows that we booked with breakfast included. We informed reception to check, as per her she already mentioned it to the manager/owner and confirmed that the rate that we have DOESN'T have a breakfast. Unfortunately, we are able to speak with the owner who's very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She even told us that "you booked thru EXPEDIA and you even paid only 800+ per night, then you expect to have a breakfast included?". We're VERY INSULTED knowing that we know our right as a customer and we have a proof to show her. I ask her if what will she do if she's on our part. She kept on saying that "you might want to call hotels.com or expedia for having that problem". I even asked her "is this our problem?", she said "YES". ||||I don't mind not having a breakfast but what is stated in the booking is a SCAM. We paid only Php 4,800 for 2 rooms 2nights. I wanted to like this place but unfortunately a few things let them down. ||||As a couple sharing that small bed was awful, but the worst part was how loud it is. Sometimes from 4.30 am cleaning, dragging, banging, sweeping noises non stop. ||||The girls at reception play music from 8 am onwards, the little charges too are just a joke. They wouldn’t refill drink bottles and I don’t want to buy plastic bottles! 15 pesos I managed to get them to refill it. But I think this was from a kettle so I stopped asking. ||||There are some positives though: very clean throughout the hotel areas and rooms. Arrived in siquijor, we searched a stay for 2 nights. So the reception lady was very nice and welcoming to offer us a nice and big room with hot shower for a price of: $40.||I have to say that in the Philippines we had payed these money for worst hotels etc. So it was ok. ||They offer motorbikes to rent but please take ATTENTION!
