Hotel Fleur de Liz — Hotel in Tagbilaran

The hotel is located in a very central CPG Avenue. However Google maps should be updated as the hotel is still very new (2019) and the Google maps show an empty lot.||We were assigned to rm 107 but a complaint from a stink from the toilet had us transferred to rm 109 which is better. The bed, room aircon were standard. THe water pressure was good however the "hot" overpowers the "cold" water. In effect, full hot water got more then center or cold water. After showering for a while, the "hot" becomes too hot so we have to contend with slower"mid" temp. The floor tends to create a pond of water and a call to the housekeeping solved the problem by taking out the floor drain cover.||The breakfast offers good choices of Filipino, American and continental breakfast. It was good but needs to served quicker. Suggest: get the breakfast choice and time the night before so waiting will not be very long.||Overall, our stay was good and will...

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Tagbilaran City, Hotel Fleur de Liz is a good place to stay. This budget hotel looks as exquisite as its name from the inside and out. The aesthetics of its lobby, corridors, and rooms are truly welcoming. It is also located along CPG Avenue - the main highway of the city.

The big issue Hotel Fleur de Liz has is its apparent lack of manpower. Unlike other hotels which are staffed with bellboys, receptionists and cleaners, I noticed only one person on shift who does all the work, even laundry service.

Tip: If you ever come in and notice no one is on the lobby, its probably because the receptionist is doing the laundry.

At the middle of the night, (or during my stay at least) I don't understand why they have to turn off the lights on the lobby as well on...

Unpleasant experience ever! To start off with, the receptionist is not even welcoming at all. Also, the receptionist has like a lot of their friends i assume sitting in the lobby and near receptionist. Not professional at all.

Next when i go into my room, firstly i saw lizard. Then i saw a number of spiders on the wall. There are a few flies in the room. Outside the room, there is ants crawling. Lastly i saw cockroaches coming out from under the bed. I book a hotel, not a zoo!

Also the toilet sink has like battery packaging trash there. And the bedsheet have stains!! What is this?!
