Jollibee — Restaurant in Tagbilaran

At my visit today, the sundae's texture was a bit different from what I know and tasted a lot of times. The white ice cream was not that smooth, it was like the ice cream texture that wasn't mixed properly that I wasn't able to taste the sweet taste of the past sundae's I've eaten. Also, their burger steak is really small. Though, after maybe 2015, their steak was starting to get smaller and thinner than what it used to so it isn't surprising but today, it was small and shaped oval. Worst jollibee you can find in Bohol. Service is really slow, there are 6 cash register but they only use 1-2. There's many crew in the kitchen but they can only serve 1-2 piece chicken every 3 minutes and the manager is always wandering around the kitchen wasting time only coming up to the cash register to give the crew a supervisor like access at the cash register...

The place is a newly-renovated branch of Jollibee in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. I was a part of the original managers opening this 1st branch way back in the late 90's. This was way smaller then & now it becomes spacious. The customer experience was okay, the place was clean, & service was speedy. I hope the management can maintain...
