Mellow Apartelle and Tourist Inn — Hotel in Tagbilaran

A freind said stay there because he said the pool is good and the double rooms are value for money.||||I wanted the Superior room, which is good for 4, because there were 4 adults. ||||||The website says I will get||-Fully air conditioned||-Living Room||-Kitchen||-Cable TV||-Hot/Cold Shower||-Terrace||||I didn't check the aircon.||||The terrace was there but very narrow and standing room only.||||I saw 2 tiny bedrooms, each with an oversized single bed||||There was a small space between the bedrooms and the bathroom. That was the living room and kitchen. The only thing in that space was a 3 seater lounge (sofa) and the cable TV.||||There was nothing to cook with, nothing to eat on and nothing else to sit on. ||||So, one person would have to stand while watching their tiny screen cable TV.||||I was willing to forgive all that because for the price, P1300, it still provided better facilities than any other place for P1300. However, we wanted to swim. So, I asked to see the swimming pool but was told it would not be available for a week. ||||You can see what a family room should look like by looking at a picture on the website. The only thing that matched the picture is the cable TV.||||Also, the location on the website makes it look like it is really close to Island City Mall. Island City Mall was a kilometre away.||||The staff that I dealt with were helpful and friendly||||||I may still stay there in the future but we didn't...

Its always been my apartelle everytime I go to Bohol. The receptionists are accommodating♥️.It's clean . But I kinda hear some noise from people staying even late hours but that's fine. The price is good. But there was an incident I went back at 11 something in the evening from Alona Panglao for a night out and the apartelle is close. I knocked until Tatay finally open the door for me😂.I will be back there again soon!! And by the way you can order them a very cheap and yummy breakfast served right in your room. Thank you Mellow! We reserved a superior room and during check-in it came out that it wasn't ready (at 3am). Lady gave us two deluxe rooms (now hot water less space). One was very stinky (fungus from A/C and ceiling). Next night she moved us to superior room. There was boiler for hot water, but no socket to plug it in. Window in the bathroom didn't close so we have plenty of mosquitos inside. The worst thing was that we were attacked by 3 cockroaches. At the end of our stay we asked at the reception for keeping our baggage for 2 hours. There was no such a possibility. Horrible place. We...
