Capital O 806 Pattaui Residences — Hotel in Taguig

Sketchy run-down building in a Makati slum. I emailed them to ask if I could leave my bags. They never answered. I tried phoning. They don't answer.

Several locals told me not to stay in this area afetr I booked. I went to the hotel anyway. I did not feel safe there and the room was run-down (like a bad student digs, and I was paying around $50 a night).

I refused to stay there, and left after an hour. I explained to the hotel reception.

When the taxi driver fetched me he could not believe I was in that area. He described it as a "slum".

The Hotel refused to refund me (said it was up to Agoda). Agoda refused to refund me (said it was up to the hotel). This is standard Agoda trickery. So I paid $300 for nothing.

loved this place! they provided complete toiletries and even have pairs of slippers. The room looked fresh and new. They had hot shower, fast wifi that we were able to watch youtube vids in hd on their tv, they have a fridge, microwave and utensils you can use. Staff was kind and accommodating too! Probably the best Oyo we've stayed at so far at an affordable price and will definitely stay here again. Keep it up and I hope this place will be well maintained :)

Btw, make sure you have Php 1,500 for security deposit which they require...

I have stayed at dozen of hotels during my travel or family events but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. I had a wonderful experience at the OYO 806 Pattaui Residences. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and every staff member I encountered were amazing, from the reception, the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!
