Mirasol Budget Rooms — Hotel in Taguig

NOT WORTH IT

The booking/checkout transaction is smooth, the price is cheap, and the employees are very courteous. However, if you're looking for clean, quiet, and pleasant room, then this is not the place. When I arrived, I can already smell the dried sweat like I'm in a prison cell. It stinks like hell in there, but the airconditioned room doesn't smell like that. The room is still humid, not cool enough for it to be called "Airconditioned". They have a common bathroom, filthy despite being maintained. The water smells like rust. The worst of them all is the noise. I came there to sleep, but I think other tenants don't. Slamming doors, people yawning and laughing loudly as if they are the only person in the room. They're policy states that check-in time is not later than 9 PM, but I can still hear people coming in at 3 AM. The room is not really secured, no lock so you could not go out even if hou needes to. They just told me that my things "will not be touched" even if I go out. The location is near my workplace (Uptown), but if you're planning to walk, I suggest you prepare your knees as the place is located in a low land and there are many steep roads. Overall, I could say that the price is cheap, but it's not worth staying there again as you will never be able...

The only positives are the friendly staff and decent Wi-Fi. Despite the staff’s hard work to clean, the place always feels dirty and uncomfortable. The bathrooms and showers are incredibly cramped, unappealing, and downright unsanitary. On my last night, I saw two rodents scurrying around, which solidified my decision never to return.

The rooms are essentially capsules with metal cage-like doors, offering zero comfort or privacy. Even worse, the listing fails to mention their 500 PHP deposit policy—I only found out through other reviews. The room is supposed to accommodate two people but comes with only one towel and one pillow, which is baffling. While they have an A/C room, there’s no clear system for who gets it. Most spaces are unbearably hot, with a peculiar smell lingering throughout the building.

This place feels more like a last-resort shelter than a budget accommodation. It's shocking that many people actually live here full-time. I wouldn’t recommend Mirasol Budget Room to anyone unless you’re in desperate need of the most basic and subpar lodging. Avoid it...

Place is very Near to everything almost like the Place that It's walkable most of the fast food chain around...

Place is good we stayed in non aircon Capsul, be aware they don't accept Cash they prefer paying it via Dragon pay or Gcash / or online booking..

The bathroom are not really that good, small spaces but it was clean time to time.

The place is very cheap and affordable for small budget traveler like me.

Only you will heard lot's of noises from reception during sleep so yeah if you have earplug bring it with you :)

Definitely will comeback when I am around..
