Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Pateros

Food was great, actually i was the one in pateros who waited such a time for my food, they gave me number 55 instead of 52 so i kept waiting until my stomach cries😂 but anyways we came out satisfied of the food, and you should also indicate how much the food we order if we have drinks, cuz sometimes we're expecting 115 pesos, and when u ask us for our drinks u didn't said any extra money to pay if there is, now akala ng friend ko 115 lang, sakto pera niya nang utang pa siya to make it 129, and para narin sa mga umoorder na bago lang, lam mo naman teenagers, takot paren umorder yung iba, yung mga batang inuutusantass saktong pera lang binigay ng magulang, they should indicate how much extra money they'd pay if ever they have drinks like iced tea or any drinks available, and if u want me tbh with the food, they are generous on giving rice tho, but the chicken, i saw in the ads and ur posters na the chicken is syempre inihaw, therefore medj sunog but still nakakain at masarap, i saw that our food is not like the ads, it didn't exceed the expectations but don't get me wrong it was still juicy and delicious, but still, may mga parts sa chicken namin na sunog talaga like matigas na sunog, iba yung inihaw na sunog yung balat na masarap, and yung literal na sunog talaga, i prefer the chef to look at the chicken more properly when they cook it, cuz if they do exceed the expectations of other customers, malay mo mang inasal would be the best stores out there, I understand if maraming tao, but still the reason the store was built for us to be filled witht the right food we ordered, isa rin yan sa problem ng customers, di lang nila sinasabi kase ayon nga masarap paren, yung pagkasunog na literal sa chicken, anyways...

Mang Inasal • Fast and Simultaneous service. • Food are dying on the counter and getting served cold that's why the meat gets dry. • Dirty floors, full of rice, used kitchen rolls, oil and soy packets, and spilled water and soup. • Windows are cloudy and filled with handprints • Handrails are full of handprints • Tables smells like used mop water. • Rice - Nicely cooked and sticky • Chicken - Minutes too early to be taken out from the grill, it has blood on the tendons and it's dry, uncooked part might create bacteria and can lead to food poisioning. • Palabok is a little bit salty. • Soup is really sour, it tastes like drinking vitamin c straight • Halo halo presentation looks decent and it's not too sweet but the texture and taste is nice.

Good restaurant but cleanliness of the place is a must and the quality of the food must be checked...
