Friendly staff however, wifi beyond bad (was easier catching dengue than connecting to wifi) which wouldn’t have been an issue but data services so weak in the Mandaue area, drain in shower blocked, no effort to sort wifi besides hours of hassles and requests, beds old and can feel the springs through the mattress, sheets faded and stained, charge for extra sheet, buffet breakfast not a buffet more like first come first serve, was at breakfast over an hour before close of buffet and nothing was replenished only replaced with little deep fried spring rolls and processed red hot dogs so extra expense for having to go get breakfast at the mall opposite hotel. Read moreA small cozy hotel in the center of Tagum City. The price is reasonable but the room is just small and no cabinet to hang your clothes or place your clothes . The hotel is only suitable for 1 night stay and can be difficult when you are staying few days as you cannot really take your clothes out your bag because there is nowhere to store it. The receptionist is lacking of smile and is not as friendly as the crew in the restaurant. The restaurant is just next to the reception area and they offer simple but good food for a few days stay. The restaurant crew are friendly and accommodating. The room has a lot of mosquito when we checked in and I have to ask to clean and mop the floor. I guess this is what you paid for for a cheaper...

It had an electric kettle, and complimentary coffee and bottled water. Bed had two pillows with duvet sheet. Yes this hotel met my expectation. I liked the room. Simple but complete with the basic necessities. Hot and cold, towels and some personal care products were provided. Netflix is also free. We had complimentary breakfast but guests can also order additional in the menu. All in all I recommend this hotel. If I visit Tagum again in the future, I will still choose to stay...
