Fried chicken was mostly bones, and lacked flavor.
Lechon Kawali was too greasy, but you can mix it with the Kinilaw for a great dish~
The Bolabola had the texture of beefloaf and was disappointing.
They have a chicken mami station and it was definitely one of the highlights.
I suggest that you get the Leche flan early as it runs out fast.

Read moreLIERS. We went 13 people for dinner and I was worried if they ran out of food. So I asked if they would refill if needed and they said YES. But after a while (15min after we arrived) we wanted some more “ulam” and they said they couldn’t because the chef went home already and it wasn’t their problem/fault. There were other “ulam” but it was all fat, cold and greasy that’s why we asked for refill for other “better” food.
If that was the case and the chef went home already, just say you can’t refill from the start and we wouldn’t have to waste...
