We returned to this hotel for the second time. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel accommodates a lot of "family groups" who fly all over the hotel, shouting, and making a mess until late, unfortunately the reception does not care. The hotel has a children's play area. Breakfast and dinner buffet - even for big eaters. Great choice of food. The food is really tasty. Our room was smaller Even though the booking said it should have been the same size as our previous booking. We had room 110, and it is unfortunately the first one on entering the floor. You can hear everything. I would recommend taking 2 cards and leaving one permanently in the room because of the air conditioning. Even though we had a reservation for two people and a 3 year old child, my daughter did not even have a towel in the room. The next day the cleaning lady added a towel for my daughter. The cleaners touched personal items, which they shouldn't, but they added shower gel for my daughter. I know that the child since she is staying for free "doesn't qualify" but it's a good look for the hotel... After all - a child is not air. There is a fridge, kettle, instant coffee, tea, water in the room. Big mirror, wardrobes. Room clean. Unfortunately, still the lifeguard does not wipe the water around the pool, there are falls, but at least he hands out towels. I recommend rather the rooms at the very top. Parking on the...
Read moreStayed here for a week, struggled with two young children and two suitcases over cobbles outside so cut through restaurant on arrival to get to reception and be able to wheel suitcases. Lady in restaurant said no way to reception so had to go all way back outside and struggle over cobbles. Later found door linking the two... so wasn't a helpful start! ||Breakfast was ok, only had bacon twice in the whole week... Way too many sausages... Bacon would be nice alternate days at least. Scrambled eggs EVERY day in contrast so that also could do with varying. We went for the inclusive dinner option as it was so cheap with the view we could eat out anyway and not lose much. Food was mass produced, dry (4pm to 7pm standing) and reasonably boring. We chose to eat out the last 4 nights but took a little taster every night but it never improved. The hotel also has a menu and pictures of beautiful food outside so guess you have to pay a lot extra to get a nice fresh evening meal. Service was poor, had to call them over for drinks for example.||We lost a room key card somewhere on last day and woman on reception wanted 50zł for replacement! She let us off when we complained.||Pool area was nice, hot tub small but ok. Steam room sauna etc.||Bar with two lanes of ten pin...
Read moreWe had a rather average experience in this hotel due to long-lasting noise from the bowling facilities in the hotel, which lasted over the midnight. We were curious what the constant but sudden noise is, during the night hours. And it was from the pub area in the hotel which has bowling in it. Totally don't recommending if you're traveling as a couple for relaxing weekend as we did. Sauna and spa was pretty nice, breakfast rather ok, but it would be nice to get some proper sleep without disturbing noise from downstairs.||||P.S. we had a room on 3rd floor and the bowling is -1 I guess. Can't imagine how the noise is when you're staying in...
