BTHouse — Hotel in Warsaw

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport (20-30 minutes from the city center / Centrum) - you see a different side of Warsaw here. The staff was friendly, but did not speak English or German. However, they did their best to communicate and meet my guest needs. The breakfast was cooked fresh and very delicious! The property was designed/ decorated very well - lots of character! The room was very comfortable and the bed was one of the best I've ever slept in at a hotel. The price was very high for Warsaw, especially considering the property is not even close...

The facilities are nice, the rooms are cozy, the stuff is very friendly and helpful though they barely speak English. The breakfast was very good. It is a bit far from the city center and other points of interest and the neighborhood is a little shady, especially after the sun is set. The bathroom was outside the room, in our case at least, I don’t know if this is the case for all the rooms. But they gave us a key and we unlocked and locked it whenever we used it. All in all it would be a good value for money if it was cheaper but at the price we paid I think there are better...

Hotel/pensjonat jest nowy, bardzo ladny, ekskluzywny, czysty i zadbany. Po pobycie w tym Pensjonacie j estem po prostu szczeliwa, ze mogę spakowac walizki i udac sie do miejsca, które zawsze bede oodwiedzac i zatrzymac sie ponownie. Wielkie podziekowania dla Wlasciciela P.Doroty i Menadzera P. Denise co jest sercem Pensjonatu za wspanialy wypoczynek jak tez opiekie. Caly personel jest opiekunczy i dba o gosci maximalnie jak tylko mozna. Pokój mialam fantastyczny. Wygodne lóżko, pachnaca posciel, miekie poduszki , mieka i lekka koldra, spokój i wyciszenie uliczne co dla mnie bylo wazne! Co prawda to na razie nie ma Tv w pokojach, ale to zaden problem bo Wi Fi jest za darmo i mozna wszystko ogladac w swoich wlasnych lapptopach i tabletach i telefonach, wiec nie ma problemu. Ja nie odczulam braku TV bo wlasnie mialam przenosny dator. Wyzywienie: Wystrój restauracji sliczny, jasny i przejzysty az milo jesc sniadanie. Posilki w niej serwowane sa bardzo smaczne, serwowane w formie bufetu szwedzkiego na wysokim poziomie. Na zimno i na cieplo. Meny kawy i herbaty dostepne cala dobe (24h). A to duza wygoda. Jestem bardzo zadowolona, dlatego tez polecam calym sercem ten Pensjonat. Polecam na wakacje, swieta, krótkie i dlugie pobyty. Jesli mam przyznac ilosc gwiazdeg z 10 to jest 10 ale chce dac duzo...
