My recent stay at Hotel Premiere Classe left me with a reasonably positive impression. While it may not offer the same level of luxury as high-end hotels, it exceeded my expectations given its budget-friendly nature.
The first thing that struck me about the hotel was its convenient location. Situated in a central area, it provided easy access to popular attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city without having to travel long distances.
Upon arrival, I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating and willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The check-in process was efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my stay.
As a budget hotel, I wasn't expecting extravagant amenities, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a tidy and well-organized space. The bed, although not the most luxurious, was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a day of exploration.
One of the standout features of Hotel Premiere Classe was its complimentary breakfast. While it wasn't an extensive buffet, it offered a variety of options, including pastries, cereal, yogurt, and hot beverages. It provided a decent start to the day and helped save on dining expenses.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and fast, which was important for me as a business traveler. I was able to stay connected and complete my work without any issues. The availability of free parking was also a plus, as it provided convenience for those traveling by car.
Although the rooms were on the smaller side, it was to be expected from a budget hotel. However, the space was efficiently utilized, and I didn't feel cramped during my stay. The noise levels were generally low, allowing for a peaceful and restful environment.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Premiere Classe was positive given its affordable price range. It provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city, and the friendly staff and clean rooms added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising too much on comfort and convenience, Hotel Premiere Classe is worth...
Read moreWith myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate.||||When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light.||||I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution.||||Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though.||||Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and...
Read moreI booked a room and they gave me one facing the main street, with a tram and busy traffic all day. The window does not close tightly due to a fault they can not fix so imagine the noise starting 4am! After a treble night I asked to be moved. The receptionist moved me from the third to the forth floor which is the top floor. All the mechanical equipment are on the roof making the noise in the room unbelievable. In fact, the whole floor shakes. I went back to the receptionist (after having to move all my luggage a floor up), and she handed me a card with an email address to write to the manager (2am) who she said is sleeping and can not wake. It is now 2:15am and I can not sleep and I am having a meeting first thing in the morning. Room are smelly, they are tiny, bathroom are very small, TV screen is small with very limited channels (only one in English!). No place for the bag. |If you are keen on the environment, then you need to know that they are still using FCLamps. |The reception is always busy with only one receptionist who is always under pressure so they never smile. No free phone to order a taxi at...
