Grycan Café — Restaurant in Wrocław

I've been in Wrocław before this gallery was built yet, now at first time I came, I almost get lost 🤣 at there. Gallery is huge and great and there is great ice cream had at first place I arrived to Wrocław. I've been there in 12 August 2019. I heard they have great ice cream so I get to the queue, takes a bit long time, i supposed to have two scoops haha 😂 and what I landed to the table with two big ice-cream desserts and two coffees because I wasn't alone. They worst thing is that I could choose just one of my favourite ice cream. But I like it, coffee was really great tasty. It was amazing start of my day...

Terrible customer service. The waitress was rude and was rolling her eyes when I was talking to her. I waited ages for my order and my fresh orange juice was served in a dirty glass that smelled. I went to complain after wiping the top of the glass and black stuff came off it. They apologised, gave a complimentary wafer however didn’t replace the orange juice instead wiped around the top of the glass and provided me with a straw. I was absolutely disgusted and felt sick to my stomach. The level of customer service and hygiene is appalling! If I could give zero stars I would, I will definitely not...

My all times favourite cafe/ice cream place! Firstly, THE BEST CAKE is tart with rasberries and oreo(A MUST TRY)!! As you can see from the photos I have also tried their tiramisu, its was nice and I have tried their tart with strawberries, not my favourite but that's on me. Additionally, very good ice cream, actually their main service is offering good ice cream. And last but not least, their coffee, I often get a cappucino and i have never regreted getting one...
