Luxury Apartment Corcovada — Hotel in Albufeira

This is the first time we have stayed in the apartment as we are frequent visitors to Albufeira and always like to stay at corcovada. From start to finish our experience was one of quality service. The owners communicated with us and sent all needed information once they confirmed our booking. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until late but Arminda the lady who welcomed us into the apartment was fabulous. I let her know we were delayed and she offered to go and get us some essentials for our first night and morning as shops would be closed by the time we arrived. This was a great help. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home holiday which is what we need as we take my elderly parents. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and so well maintained. We had a great stay and didn’t want to come home. We will now definitely be coming back. The owners also contacted us a few days after we were home to check if we were satisfied with our stay and ask if we had any feedback or things we thought would improve stays for guests and I can honestly say everything was perfect I couldn’t suggest anything. Having rented other apartments we have never been asked feedback. Hopefully be back...

Just home from a 2 week stay in this apartment. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, everything you need in it for self catering, kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, dishes, cutlery etc etc. Large spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and large living room area with 2 pullout sofa beds if needs be and kitchen table, tv, firestick, alexa all in the aprtment.. Location is in a great quiet area just a 10 minute walk from the main strip and a 5-10 drive in an uber to the old town. Pool area was great and cleaned every day with large pool and baby pool and plenty of beds. Carl made the whole process so simple and easy from the very 1st point of contact from booking to payments to check in and plenty of information given about everything inbetween. Nothing was to much hassle. We arrived and had realised the iron was broke and he had a new one with us within 12 hours. Estuvimos en uno de esos apartamentos y la verdad, no nos gusto. La piscina estaba rota y cortaba, la de los niños estaba vacía porque estaba totalmente rota. Las sillas de la terraza rotas, la luz de los baños demasiado tenue, no veíamos ni maquillarnos, los suelos de parquet en mal Estado, en algunos sitios incluso pegados con fiso, sofás muy sucios y con varias quemaduras........
