Good location close to the airport. Came for the first time to find out if I could have a room reserved 2/3 hours before 3:00 p.m. But that wasn't possible because the rooms were being cleaned, which I understand. I asked if there was a place in the hotel where I could wait. I was only told that I could wait on the terrace outside, that's all. But there was a weather with a violent and freezing wind that day, with torrential rain. Which, by the way, came to flood the terrace, the wind was so strong. Not even an offer to stay while waiting in the empty breakfast room. I really think they could have offered it to me. The welcome wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Just a machine welcome. Went to the airport to wait and came back around 3:00 p.m. for the room. I had reserved a room on the upper floor, and was given a room on the ground floor!! I ask him if I can have a room upstairs as requested and there a new gentleman, already more pleasant, tells me ok he will find me one. Get my room, and there, no television. Ok the maids contact the reception and very friendly install one for me. Then it was a little cold in the room, well a person from the reception comes and adjusts the heating.. ok great. Well despite all that good room decent, spacious, large bed perfect, pillow perfect. Plenty of electrical outlets. Shower spotlessly clean and very hot water. Heating good, but I didn't find it really hot. Hairdryer worked but sometimes cut out for no reason and forced to wait, I think it should review the model. Toilet paper, a good point, sufficient. Breakfast plentiful and regularly refilled in quantity by the person who took care of it. For the departure always the strict service and without pleasant friendliness of the reception. Too bad to be shy.. despite that, I know this hotel coming there sometimes to catch a plane or on return. I still recommend this one, being close to the airport on foot. Read moreStay away! We were victims of fraud with this hotel of thousands of euros.
We liaised with them via phone and then via email (both phone and email as listed on their official site) to book a large group booking. We were promised all was on track after we made payment and then when we called again a few weeks later we were told that nothing had been booked. We explained the situation and offered proof to the hotel and even the hotel owners and they acted in an abusive manner to us, shouting at us and not wanting to assist even though we have strong reason to believe the fraud was conducted by a member of staff they confirmed worked there. There response was that some of these emails was sent back to us using a different email address so they don't want to help. Of course this is clearly a scheme and someone from head office was diverting emails as we sent our initial and many of the correspondence emails ONLY to the address listed on their site which they have confirmed was correct and got a full response back. In addition we spoke to them on the phone and this was also via the phone number listed online.
We are now out of pockets of thousands and a police report has been filed. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else as should something go wrong they will act in an harassing and unhelpful manner to you and worst yet you may become a victim of...
