The pool area was the only part of the property that appeared clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, we were greeted by what initially seemed to be a friendly host. However, that changed quickly after we raised concerns about the condition of our room. From that point forward, we were met with passive-aggressive behavior, including dirty looks and sarcastic remarks. The host even mentioned that based on our check-in conversation, she already knew we wouldn’t be satisfied with the room—an odd and unhelpful comment.

The room itself was in unacceptable condition. Dust covered nearly every surface, including the furniture, appliances, and décor. The shower was filthy and leaking from multiple places, while the sink dripped constantly. Room 407 looked as if it had been painted by amateurs—paint drips lined the baseboards and floors, adding to the already unkempt appearance.

Unfortunately, the common areas were no better. The property seemed to be in the middle of major renovations, with jackhammers running at all hours and dust and plaster coating everything. It felt like we were staying in a construction zone, not a place meant for relaxation.

In an attempt to make up for the disappointing room, we were offered a complimentary breakfast—but that too was a letdown. The tables were dusty, the coffee was cold, and the service was inattentive at best.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly advise you to...

So, I stayed 3 days in this hotel. It was amazing. The hotel service was also satisfying. The hotel reception closes early so it will be better if you contact them before and let them know your arrival time. As the owner of the hotel Fernando is always here. He is really co-operative and he will explain how to go to the beaches. If you want to book any sunset tour then you have to inform him.The city center is also 30mins from the hotel. If you book a taxi then it is mandatory to ask for a payment document or else they will try to fool you and take more money from you. The hotel is clean and beautiful as well. You can do breakfast buffet which is only 5 euro. Near th hotel there is two hotels where you can try fish dishes which are Amazing. But the hotel has wifi only in the lounge. But I guess it is okay! You don't need wifi if you are with the sea, beach and...

Overall the place was okay to stay at. Days before arrival we received an email asking if we wanted to update our arrival time. We did and opted to change the arrival to 12:00pm.

When we arrived the receptionist Diogo insisted we had to wait to 3pm even though the time was confirmed for 12.

Diogo was incredibly unhelpful and rude. We had 2 towels that were taken by the cleaning staff so the next morning we asked could we have 2 more I even mentioned paying for this inconvenience. This was at 10am and he said it would be impossible to get a towel until 3pm.

Apart from Diogo everyone else was very nice and helpful. The location is good and it’s very...
