Our evening started off wonderfully, with great food and friendly service. Unfortunately, it ended on a sour note due to a very rude waiter who completely ruined the experience for us. When it was time to pay, a new waiter stepped in (who we believe may be the owner’s son) and was incredibly arrogant. He even attempted to manipulate the ApplePay transaction, which only failed because FaceID didn’t go through. To make matters worse, he called me, a 24-year-old adult, a ‘brat’ and made mistakes with our bill. While the rest of the staff and the food were fantastic, this one waiter’s behavior was so off-putting that we will not be returning. Spend 5 days in this hotel for wandering in the region. great stay for a very good price. All very clean and all taken care off , so the name says: like Swiss standards (Berne)….
