We checked the reviews but decided to go anyway for lunch. Start was good, we had a place on the mini terrace. We waited a while, staff was friendly but also asked if we could move to another space on the terrace because he could get more customers that way. No problem ofcourse. He offered us 2 choices for plate of the day, and said soup was included. The garlic bread was nice, one "star" earned. The soup was lukewarm. As soon as a group of 7 arrives at the scene, the waiter shuffles the terrace again and we are reseated again somewhere else. Main course was ok but nothing special. We weren't in a hurry, service was slow, but they forgot to bring the coffee and bill we asked for, so after 20 minutes I decide to pay at the counter. The coffees were taken out of the bill, but the soups were on it, not included as promised. But corrected because I noticed. It hurts me to give only two "stars" because the place has potential. Read moreYesterday we went to this restaurant based on the good reviews but we were deceived. We ordered a burger with fries and the vegetarian dish. The burger was burned on one side and was so well done it lost all its juice. The fries of both dishes were also soggy or dried out. Even a lot of mayonnaise and ketchup couldn’t fix it.
Now the bad part:

There was also a lot of rice to make it seem like there was food. All of this was covered by a LOT of cheese. Needless to say: we didn’t finish the vegetarian dish.
So the price was decent, staff was friendly (they didn’t ask if we enjoyed our food). I guess we expected more from 4 stars.
This morning; our story was confirmed by other guests in our hotel who had dinner at central . Main reason why we’re posting...
