If you’ve ever wanted to feel like royalty while camping, Kampaoh at Praia de Angeiras is the place! The “rooms” in these tents are so luxurious, I half expected a butler to pop out of the closet. The bed was comfier than my one at home, and there was actual furniture. In a tent. Who knew?

The staff, especially the housekeeping cleaners, were so friendly and attentive, I started wondering if they were secretly psychic. Craving a midnight snack? No problem. Need sunscreen? They’ve got you covered.

And the location – wow. Praia de Angeiras is like a postcard brought to life. You’re right by the beach, so you can roll out of your plush tent and be in the ocean in minutes. Plus, the local seafood is to die for.

Super friendly staff. The tent is wonderful, everything is perfect and comfortable. Super close to the beach, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The bathrooms were not as clean and comfortable (used tampons and period products in the showers, as well as mould). 3 ⭐ Cosas buenas: los detalles están muy cuidados en las tiendas, la bell al menos tiene todo lo necesario (nevera, nevera portátil, estropajo, sillas, luces, ventilador..). El personal es muy amable y facilitan tu estancia (nos dejaron una mini parrilla porque creímos que había en el camping Y NO HAY). La piscina del camping está estupenda. La distancia a Porto es muy pequeña, puedes ir en Bolt. La distancia a la playa y al supermercado también es pequeña y puedes ir andando. Cosas a tener en cuenta, parecen obvias, pero para mí no lo fueron. No volvería a kampaoh principalmente por la luz que entra en las tiendas. A las 7 de la mañana entraba tanta luz y calor que ya no se podía dormir. Y por la noche hace frío, es una zona donde cae la niebla y bajaba mucho la temperatura, dentro de la tienda corría hasta el aire.
