Casa da Falésia — Hotel in Ponta Delgada

We Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for the month of September and were blown away with the beauty of the property. The pool, amazing gardens, sunsets and most of all the very friendly owners and their family made our vacation one we will not forget.||Luis and Amorita went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a welcome basket on the table when we arrived with milk, coffee, tea, chocolates, jam etc. which was such a nice touch. I got sick at the beginning of our stay so Luis made an appointment and came with us to the clinic in town to translated for me. It amazed me that he would take time out of his busy day to make sure we were taken care of.||The apartment is very comfortable and spotless. Everything is so well taken care of, even the housekeeper Carla went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We had another couple join us for two weeks and not only did they join the two single beds together to make it a king in the second bedroom, they made our guests feel so welcome as well.||The location was perfect for us as we rented a car for our stay which I would recommend to explore this awesome island. There is only one word that can do justice to this place....Perfection!|We only wanted to stay for two days and then travel the rest of the island, within one hour we decided to stay our whole holiday.||Communication before we arrived was very clear and after we arrived the owner showed us our appartment en the amazing garden!|Afterward he even drove us around the area to show us where everything is located. |Had a drink with us at the sunset lounge, and introduced us to one of his friends with who we ended up spending a very nice night. ||This is one of these places that you end going back to!|Owners are so welcoming en helpfull, you can ask them anything and they wil help you.||The wife of the owner one night cooked dinner for all the guests and his friends and son, this ended up being a night i will never forget. |Met a lot of very nice and interesting people!||Summary: Nice view, nice people, no problems! ||Perfect holiday thanks to...

I have only good things to say about "Casa da Falésia".||First of all the house is pretty cool with swimming pool and garden and criquet and more!||The view is sooo good with Mosteiros and the sunset in front...||Besides, the location is really good to explore the west part of the island (near to mosteiros village, sete cidades and more)!||The appartment is beautiful, modern and reallyyy well furnished with everything people need for a good vacation. The bed is so confortable I slept like I havent sleep for some time.||Last but not the least the owners are really nice and interesting people and they genuinely care if you are confortable and happy.||If I wanted to say something bad I really couldnt because I didnt found any.||||I highly recommend this place for you next vacations!...
