The worst experience ever .

I would not recommend it to anyone ever.

From the very first day we had no heating and no hot water. We had our children freezing in the living room and overnight they had to sleep overdressed . The owner tried to get the rest of the payment couple of days before we even arrived. In the same yard there was another small anexe where the handyman was living and he told us that the boiler had lots of problems and that he keeps getting complains from the people about the heating and hot water but the owners seem to do nothing about it . The house was looking like has never been cleaned and full of spider webs everywhere. We asked the handyman if he can spread some sand or something on the yard slope so we can drive our cars in , but he said to drive faster upon the entrance so we can make it to the top😱 We have been told we can't use the fireplaces and no candles or open fire to be used so don't trust the photos you won't be allowed to fire up anything. The handyman entered the house while we were away for the day like it was something normal. We had to cover the door edges with towels to stop the cold coming in😔 Toilets and showers had no curtains or any privacy at the windows . The windows had views from the handyman's house . very kreepy😡 Some of the doors were not closing properly . I would have to make a list with all the problems we had and the lies we have been told every day . My little one is coughing since we arrived and looks like we are not any good either.

Massive disappointment considering the amount of money they are asking for .

Please be aware of this issues before book this place . I hope you all avoid the issues we had...

Beautiful pictures on the internet, you would want to teleport in this instant. However reality it’s cruel, the lovely, cozy and warm fireplaces that you can see in the pictures YOU CANNOT USE THEM because you are not allowed to fire up anything not even a candle!! That’s a shame, because the main reason I would rent a villa it’s for the fireplace. Forgetting about the fireplace, the rest of the heating system doesn’t work, we were wearing thermal clothing under our main clothes IN DOORS! I couldn’t bath my kids because HOT WATER DOESN’T WORK!!!! Let’s not mention the WIFI, working just in the living room where you can feel like you’re on the top of the mountain in your PJ’s, it’s freezing cold!!! Acces to the villa by car its almost impossible while it’s ice/snow on the way to it, without being cleaned. I would not recommend it to anyone especially during...

The villa is very cozy and clean! But there were some issues that made the stay less pleasent.

As of 2025, the sauna is not working, there are 2 fireplaces which you are not allowed to fire, you can not charge your EV on the property.

There is a man that can help you at the location with what you need, but the communication is very poor, you have to talk to the owner that is not on the property and talk again with the man there if you want something.
