Sara's Sons — Hotel in Băile Herculane

We were at the pool only. There are 3 swimming pools: the biggest seems to have at least partially, thermal water (because of the colour and it was warmer); the smallest (for kids), for sure with thermal water (the warmest): the 3rd pool had cold water. Still, people used all of them. The services (for food and drinks) were poor. We mostly, had to pay cash.... but what was really unpleasant was the attitude of the staff. Almost all of them were permanently irritated, frustraded, raising the voice, making the clients feeling unconfortable. The toilets are poorly designed, making it very unconfortable for use. A hotel and pool that promisess a lot bur gives less than normal. Price by phone is 200 but once you arrive is 250 ptherwise they put you in a different building less co fortable. They promis pool access until 9PM but once you get there, at 4PM you are nit allowed because others can use it for treatment (so only sime guests are more special than others). Room radiator lacks the possibility to turn it up (handle broken), furniture is dated. Hitel room entru time online info is different than reality. Wireless internet connection not working most of the times. There are hotels offering more at the same price, do not get fulled...
