Hotel Rapsodia — Hotel in Botoșani

It was an honor to stay in such an amazing hotel called Rapsodia! Starting from the first day of staying here we totally fell for this wonderful place. What makes this hotel special is people. We've experienced such a warm welcome and friendly attitude towards us that being around them felt like home. We appreciate each piece of effort, each kind smile and the great service we've got from you. We are grateful to you for doing your best to make our visit pleasant, comfortable and unforgettable. Special thanks to all the guys from the staff for the upscale professionalism that exceeds all expectations, for being both the best specialists and top-class people. We send all our love and appreciation to the management team, the guys from reception, to all the team who works in the restaurant such as chef Sergio whose each dish tastes and looks like a masterpiece, the best people Daniel, Florin, Claudia, Samika, Stefan, Tiberio who became our friends. Overall it was okish. Not terrible But Not Very good. I ordered a double room with a balcony. And because it s Not Very cheap price, i thought that i will get a room with a view. But they gave Me a room at the back i will put a photo. And because when i entered in the room i needed a toilet i didnt say to change. Also, at the bathroom it was sights of s* in the toilet, mirror wasnt cleaned, and in room was a constant smell of something like Old. There are Old furniture with some modern in the bath. Breakfast was good. Also staff from the restaurant was ok But from the reception they were like Very bored and they answer hard at the”good morning/ev” etc. It was ok But i am Not going to choose this hotel again, because for this price you did Not get the goods. Worst experience ever. Air conditioner was just a glorified ventilation system. Did nothing to help with the heat. Vent in the bathroom - also not working. Stained carped. Breakfast ok, except for the mosquito in the mustard bowl. Was charged for a 4* room, even though we stayed in the 3* wing. Conditions were more like 2*. NO TOILETRIES.
