We stayed in a 4-star room with a very large and comfortable bed (2.2 x 2 m), equipped with two blankets and high-quality pillows, for 260 RON per night. Service was rushed and poorly handled. By 10:30 PM, we were clearly made to feel unwelcome and pushed to leave. We felt like we were being kicked out ! But don’t worry, it won’t happen again! We used to always stay at your hotel and dine in your restaurant when visiting Botoșani, but this time will be the last. This kind of cold and dismissive treatment is far from the warm hospitality we find elsewhere...
