Hotel Rareș — Hotel in Botoșani

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. We were shown two rooms, one of which had no windows at all. Both rooms were in terrible condition—old, used, and clearly not maintained well. The bathroom wasn't even cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures shown here or on a booking site.

The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with a lot of people who looked quite dangerous, which only added to our discomfort. I genuinely can't understand how this place has three stars. In the end, we decided to stay at another hotel nearby, also with three stars, but the conditions there were worlds better.

Overall, a big, big disappointment. I do not recommend staying...

At first, a little inaccessible because it is on a pedestrianised street, but the taxi driver knew the problem and took me to a little back street about 50 metres away. Taxi from railway station at a reasonable price, but in fact the tram goes through the town centre and circles round to a terminus about 100 metres away. ||Staff at reception helpful. Offered a meal and drink in the restaurant, even though I did not arrive till 2130.||Large room with view over the square, but no WiFi coverage in room, even though it was excellent in the reception area.||Breakfast adequate but I was charged for coffee after...

I stayed here with friends we had 6 rooms and and they wasnt to bad, my room 108 was lovely very comfy and clean . The only negative was when I tried to run a bath the bath water run under the bath and water everywhere so then tried the shower but once I had finished the water was running in to the lounge again from under the shower.
