We were offered a room in the old part of the hotel which has a lot of problems: The door of the room did not lock and a stranger walked in on me. Changed they keycard at reception and the door still malfunctioned so they decided to give us a room in the new part of the hotel (after arguing with the receptionist). The door there only malfunctioned once during the rest of our stay. Shower had rust. Toilet leaking sewage everytime we used it. Old furniture with peeling paint and doors/drawers that do not open. Cracked wall socket. Did I mention that the door did not lock? I can't wait for the owner to say that I received accomodations according to the price I payed. I especially loved the leaky toilet. DO NOT STAY HERE! 😊

Just a cheap, dirty motel trying to be a 4* hotel. It looks nice from the outside, but then you get into the bedrooms... Even the "suites" are extremely dirty . They covered everything un cheap , sticky yellow paint.(from doors,to furniture, to even the floor ... It's crazy...) Bathroom full of hairs and sticky paint, chairs burnt by cigarettes in a "non-smokers" bedroom. You have a beautiful Nespresso coffee machine in the bedroom... But surprise!! It doesn't work... Mini-bar... Doesn't work... You can have some nice room temperature Pepsi... Sooo nice .... You want to wash your hands? No problem... You will also wash your feet because their plumbing ... Also doesn't work well !

Coincidenta sau nu , am avut mai multe peripeții : - stand în camera ne am trezit cu un cuplu ce a întrat peste noi (având clonata de către recepție aceeași cartela ) ... bine ca doar stateam pe telefoane și nu a devenit cu adevărat penibila situația ! :)) Dupa spusele receptionerului , nu este vina lui ca schimbul nu a comunicat ocuparea camerei ( cu toate ca totul este computerizat ) - nimeni nu si a cerut scuze ptr incident, ba chiar receptionerul susținând ca nu e vina lui și sa și ceara scuze colega lui care nu a înregistrat (comunicat) rezervarea noastră - când ne am intors noaptea la camera , cartela noastră nu mai functiona tot din cauza celeilalte clone ... fiind necesar la 2 noaptea sa cobor la recepție unde a trebuit rescanata - la ora 8 cameristele si au început programul trântind uși și dând cu aspiratorul pe holuri, iar ptr cine vrea sa doarmă mai mult , slabe șanse ( nu sunt sensibil la galagie , dar totuși...) Urmează cireașa de pe tort , ptr care chiar am o filmare și niște poze : - stand în pat , am descoperit pe cearșaf un păduche...purice ( nu stiu sigur ce era , dar sarea ca nebunul si sper sa fi fost al hotelului sir implicit sa rămână acolo , neavând nevoie de el acasa ) :))) A fost o cazare sub așteptări, mai ales la pretul plătit ! Tarife nejustificate , mai ales în situația data (acum poate am fost eu ghinionist....) Am plecat a doua zi ! Nu sunt genul si nici nu vreau sa dau recenzii negative , dar cam multe "nereguli" !

Nice hotel, situated quite close to Romexpo (around 15 minutes of walking from hotel till there), staff is friendly (most of the staff seem foreigners but they also understand a bit of Romanian), room was quite nice, all things you would expect inside (plus a very nice small balcony for 2 persons), and something else : also has at the basement a jacuzzi (fits around 4-5-6 persons depending on how big they are of course), a sauna next to the jacuzzi (max 3-4 persons I would say), and adjacent to them is a small fitness place, to lift weights exercise and a bathroom for men and women next to it for taking showers. Location looks very nice inside. It is quiet in the evenings there....
