Hotel Hermes Eforie Nord — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We stayed for 5 days at Hotel Hermes. The staff were very very friendly and accommodating. Coffee is available at the reception in the morning which is also open 24hours. The room was spacious, with a balcony and air conditioning. Our room was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. The toiletries available were shampoo, conditioner and a hand soap. I would of preferred a small body wash too which they did not have. The location of the hotel is excellent. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the main part of town where most of the the restaurants are. One negative would be that the bed was hard which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Saying that, I would still recommend the hotel and we would definitely stay...

Un hotel ok, decent, care ofera simplu, exact ce declara. Camerele sunt exact ca cele din pozele postate de proprietari, deci nu m-am mai obosit sa fac altele. Administratorul este foarte prietenos, dornic sa ajute, mereu prezent si mereu de ajutor. Stiti ca e vorba aia, ca 'ochiul stapanului ingrasa boul'? Mi se pare extrem de relevanta aici. Administratorul pare sa fie 24/24 la post, totul e supravegheat atent, si daca ai o problema el e acolo sa te ajute. Pare extrem de determnat si preocupat ca toata lumea sa fie multumita. Hotelul este ok pentru cele 3 stele ale lui. Nici nu pretinde a fi un palat,. dar nici nu este urat sau murdar. Este pur si simplu o oferta relativ corecta. Un pret de 200-230 ron pe noapte ar fi un pret corect dar anul asta e undeva la 300-320. Curatenia este intretinuta, interventiile sunt prompte daca exista sesizari la receptie, au si cateva locuri de parcare si cumva se va gasi o solutie pana la urma, chiar daca parcarea e plina. Sincer sa fiu, mi se pare mult mai ok camera la ei decat jigodia de camera de la Hotel Condor (4*) din Mamaia unde se cer 590 ron pe noapte si ofera un jeg comunist de camera. Hermes aduce mult a o pensiune, a o afacere de familie unde cineva din familie e mereu acolo si se ingrijeste sa fie totul bine.

E cred primul an cand merg la hotel de 3 stele pe cont propriu. Daca as mai reveni? Daca as fi fortat ca in acest an sa merg la un hotel de 3 stele, da, as reveni aici. In mod clar este un hotel de 3 stele decent. Nu are restaurant propriu, are o mica parcare si un personal implicat si sufletist, e curat, e linistit, e racoros, e...
