Elton, Hotel — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

One of the poorest hotels I ever stayed. Rooms from the 1st floor don't have balcony's but only a small bathroom style window somewhere on the upper side of the wall. The shower cabin's floor is dirty,I can't risk myself to stay in it with barefoot. The TV is a small (37 cm diagonal) old cathodic tube style with mixed up colors. No hairdryer and the glasses in the bathroom were paper glasses. The carpets from the reception area were so dirty that you might think we're washed up a decade ago. The only good thing is the location of the hotel,very close to Mamaia Bulevard. Made a reservation on the phone for 06 July. The cost of the room - 290 RON. Went to that Elton Hotel on the afternoon of 06th of July and tried to check in. got a key from room 15 I think and when I entered that room - oh my gosh - IT WAS AWFUL....Full of dirty things, beds were used and the sheets unchanged. In the bathroom I noticed a sort of flooding since the water was running continuously...NO WAY TO STAY IN THAT ROOM NOT EVEN FOR A NIGHT.||||I FIRMLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! AWFUL...

The room and the overall place hasn't been vacuumed. The bathroom had this dirty small mat that I had to move aside, the sink and shower were filled with really old limestone deposits and had really bad drainage. There was little shower pressure. The toilet had rust marks and the toilet seat was gross. The only good thing about this hotel is that it has really clean bedding and towels which I was not afraid to use.
