Hotel Fortuna — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Buna ziua, Mi-am propus sa postez in fiecare zi parerea mea despre experienta petrecuta la acest Hotel de 3 STELE de pe litoralul Romanesc pentru ca am vazut prea multe remarci negative, fapt care m-a convins sa vad daca este reala publicitatea asta negativa! Astazi e prima zi la acest hotel gestionat zic eu bine de personal destul de tanar si binevoitor! Ceea ce m-a uluit a fost numarul mare de familii cu copii (daca ar fi sa fac o proportie intre adulti si copii acestia din urma par a fi majoritari! Pot sa va marturisesc ca prezenta acstor micuti m-a facut sa uit de oboseala datorata drumului (apropo recomand cu caldura transportul cu trenul care s-a imbunatatit fata de anul trecut remarcabil)! Sa trecem la subiect: sosire la hotel in jurul orei 11:10 luat legatura cu receptia si dupa asteptarea igienizarii camerelor (2 la numar)! Cazarea se realizeaza la ora 18:00 conform regulilor hotelului (nu a fost asa; deja sunt in camera de vreo 4 ore dupa 2 ore de relax la piscina - ora la care am inceput sa postez este 16:00)! Buna sa tecem la camere, care nu au primit o nota meritata din partea unor "binevoitori" - acestea sunt ok cu mobilier tineresc minimalist nou (am vazut ca au fost remarci cum ca nu au avut pentru haine - pe bune? 2 adulti abia au reusit sa acopere 45% din capacitatea celor doua dulapuri deci falsa afirmatia negativa! In ceea ce priveste cadita de la baie este intradevar micuta, dar asta nu inseamna ca nu poti face dus in ea (raportul suprafetei baii cu cadita este optim - poate ar trebui izolata de restul mobilierului pentru a avea senzatia de intimitate! Acum si un minus lipsa (dar nu in totalitate a produselor pentru dus)! Are uscator de par functionabil, instalatie ok, suport special pentru periute (lucru inexistent la hoteluri de rasa)! Intr-un singur cuvant parerile negative exprimate au fost mai mult decat subiective, unele chiar rau intentionate si fara suport real! Dupa prima zi (care este de acomodare) eu recomand acest hotel aflat intr-o zona extrem de intima si linistita (vedem acum cum va fi in a doua zi)! Va urma! Asa cum v-am promis revin cu a doua zi de cazare la acest hotel! O noapte super linistita fara zgomoteci si manele. Dimineata la micul dejun o surpriza placuta foarte diversificata mancarea; deci a fost OK! Relaxarea la piscina a fost una superba si foarte realaxanta! Dejunul, care se serveste incepand cu ora 13:00 alta supriza placuta, ai la dispozitie inclusiv deserturi si fructe din toate categoriile! Ca o specialitate deosebita poti consuma bere, vinuri, sucuri, ape plate/carbogazoase cat poti duce fara a plati nici macar un leu! Foarte tare! Cand am ajuns in camera am avut parte de o mare surpriza: am gasit in camera o hartie care ne multumeste ca am ales aceasta locatie (vezi pozele) alaturi de o cutie de Raffaello si o sticla de sampanie light! Sa vedem cate hoteluri de grad inalt fac asemenea surprize clientilor! Buna seara, in cea de-a treia zi inca raman surprins de profesionalismul personalului chiar daca e vorba de tineri in plina evolutie! Astazi am solicitat schimbarea lenejeriei care a suferit un mic eveniment nedorit in urma cu o zi (o fata de perna patata de un produs farmaceutic) - spre surprinderea mea a fost schimbata toata lenjeria desi solicitarea fusese facuta decat pentru fata de perna afectata! Va urma! Buna seara, astazi este a patra zi pe care o petrec impreuna cu familia in acest hotel mai mult decat placut, cele 2 mese au fost exceptionale, serviciul de curatenie din nou la inaltime, personalul foarte tanar si amabil (Luana te rog sa ai grija de acesti tineri sa aiba o cariera in ascensiune)! Multumim tot Staff-ului si intregului personal care face ca aceasta vacanta sa fie super! Am uitat sa mentionez ca ieri seara a avut loc un eveniment distractiv special organizat pentru cei mici (a fost de vis pentru "pitici" care s-au distrat copios! Cred ca nu voi mai putea posta si restul sjurului pentru ca se pare ca depasesc nr caractere posibile! CONCLUZIE: Vrei un concediu calm, linistit si fara batai de cap la un pret OK alege...

We were a group of 6 and stayed here for 7 nights. The rooms were very clean but on the small side. The bathrooms was exceptionally small with a corner shower and pull round shower curtain. One small shelf to hold all your toiletries. There is a large fridge and free wifi. The beds are the hardest I have come across but on request we were given a mattress topper and extra pillows which made a big difference. There is a nice balcony that overlooks the garden seating area (make sure to request this side of the hotel otherwise you will be looking straight at another building). Unfortunately the hotel does not have a restaurant, not even for breakfast. We did find a Lidl supermarket just 5 minute walk away which was ideal for fresh bread each day. The staff are excellent and very very helpful and will do all they can to help you feel welcome. The pool area is ideal for family and adult. The hotel is in a quiet location and the hotel itself was very quiet in the evenings. Situated only 10-15 min walk from beach and beach area which is very busy. Walk towards Eforie Sud for quieter beaches. The manager Lueana (not sure on the spelling) was exceptional and even gave us her mobile number when we took the local bus to Constanta to visit the...

I will rate this based on the following : Hotel rooms, Service and Food. Hotel Rooms and Hotel: the hotel rooms at least the casual ones were not quite ready for visitors, especially the bathrooms, which are very small 1.5X1m, there was no shower curtain, the silicone which was used to seal the water leaks was everywhere, and the top holder underneath the mirror had like 5 cm gap there was NO air conditioning on any hotel floor or reception and in the summer heat it was like a sauna the pool was nice Hotel Services & Food Pool and food were great, from food point of view it was abundant and good, we had no issues whatsoever with the food, I have no pictures with the food but mostly is like the ones you can see in the pictures from the hotel site they also had kids entertainers/shows at night which was nice we also used the massage services which were good Parking is annoying because they have pied parking but I think they do not have fixed price but based on season, when we were there it was 30RON/Day, and as you can see in the pictures below the parking was very difficult and very crowded. the staff is really nice they will help in the best way they can the hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach and vey close to...
