Lucas Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

The Hotel is nice and new, with very clean rooms, which look exactly like on the website.||The bed linen and towels were in excellent condition, and the mattress was quite comfortable.||Fresh breakfast, although they served (almost) the same products every day.||They have friendly staff working at the reception, but there was one lady in the restaurant area who was grumpy and bossy all the time. She was slamming doors and plates and telling guests not to take food or anything else from the restaurant. ||It's perfectly normal and understandable to have policies, however, you also need to have a professional conduct.||All in all, we had a lovely stay and will recommend...

Very weak hotel. In no case it deserves the huge points they have on on booking.com, respectively 9. Large and clean rooms, good quality of bathroom products, small LCD TV and small fridge in house. Good size balcony for two as well. AC's working great. The reception staff's ok, but they can improve the speaking skills. The breakfast's continental, coming in a lot of variaty. 10 minutes away from beach. 1 minute away from city center.
