Bogdan the owner received us and took time to make sure all was going well, and reacted immediately when we asked for something. Perfect service around the clock. La începutul lunii Septembrie, eu și partenerul meu de afaceri, am fost cazati cateva zile la Hotelul Poeme Mamaia Retreat, iar șederea la acest hotel a fost minunata. Camerele în care am fost cazati erau surprinzător de mari, cu paturi mari si confortabile, cu dușuri mari cu pereti din sticla. Camerele aveau balcon cu vedere superba catre lac, unde ne-am putut bucura de frumusetea apusurilor de soare. Micul dejun, pranzul sau cina, erau în fiecare zi prospate si foarte bune. Servirea a fost impecabila. Curatenie impecabila. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte drăguț și prietenos, de la asistentul de curatenie pana la Manager/Proprietar....iar cu toți acestia am reușit să avem o legătură personală frumoasa. Toți acestia, ne-au facut sa ne simțim extraordinar. Proprietarul, Bogdan, este un tip extraordinar, sa dedicat să ne facă timpul șederii la hotel cât mai frumos. Ne-a oferit doua seri la rand, cate-o sticlă de vin din partea casei. Am savurat băutura cu placere pe teresa hotelului de langa lac , unde privelistea a fost de poveste.
