Solero — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

They've told us that at 2 P.M. the room will be free for us to check in, we gave them plenty of time we arrived at the location at 2:30 P.M. No one was at the front desk we waited 15 min for the "manager" Andreia to show up...no we went for a drink understood that, we complied and waited for the room to be ready. We called Andreia again and she told us that still not ready...at 3 P.M. like everyone else tired and wanted to rest take a shower etc... We called again after 15 minutes and she was shouting at us that is not ready yet again...We asked for the in advance payment back and told her that we will find another hotel, immediately she was available and told us to meet at the front desk, after arguing with Andreia to pay us back the advance and let us leave she gave us the money back but she was swearing and raging at my friend calling him many names wanting I think to hurt my friend she was so furious because she doesn't know to manage a situation like this one..so not sorry but she earned this bad review cause of her attitude and lies. I do not ever recommend this...

GESTIUNE NOUĂ din 2023 Hotel Solero a făcut multe restructurări și se vede foarte bine transformarea. Au bucătărie proprie și au un meniu bogat cu 3 feluri de ciorbă Mici , cârnăciori , ceafă de porc , caș pane +pizza Gazdele sunt foarte amabile și disponibile la cererile clienților ( soția mea este vegetariană). Toate aceste mâncăruri sunt servite pe o terasa spațioasă și răcoroasă. Hotel Solero are disponibilitate de 18 camere pentru oaspeți și este chiar lângă plaja. Prețurile...

NUOVA GESTIONE dal 2023 L’hotel è molto vicino alla spiaggia di Eforie Nord e il personale è molto gentile. Hanno la cucina propria e sono molto attenti a le richieste dei clienti ( ho la moglie vegetariana). La struttura non è grande ma hanno la disponibilità di 18 camere. Il terrazzo è stato rinnovato ed è molto attraente , è proprio un oasi di ristoro con ombra , musica e TV Non manca mai.
