Mirage Beach Spa Hotel — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We booked the trip a few months in advance, liking what the hotel was mentioning in their description.|I must confess after a few negative experiences at the Black Sea shore I was skeptical, but this proved to be a good choice!||We initially booked a room with a Sea view, that we further requested the hotel to exchange with a Lake view one. Doing a little research, I found out that not all the rooms facing the Sea, actually have the view, since on the front of the hotel there is an extension built that blocks the Sea sights for half the rooms.||We booked a double room and I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of it. Traveling with a toddler we appreciate every cm we get, especially since we also have his cot to set up.||The room also had a very generous terrace that offers great view of the Belona and Techirghiol Lakes and hearing the frogs “sing” each night was the perfect “white noise” to fall asleep to.||The staff was very friendly. From the front desk, to the cleaning personal that was prompt, smiling and “stealthy” to the ones working in the restaurant, we had a great experience feeling welcomed there.||The food was also delicious!|From the choices of breakfast to the dinner dishes we had to say congrats to the chef, there we ate some of the best seafood pasta ever!||The only donwside, and it’s not the hotel’s fault here, is the access road to the underground parking. The road is still under construction and getting to the parking is a little adventure. For half the stay we chose to park in front of the hotel. However I do not recommend this during full season, since the alley is also the access road to the beach.||All in all, it was a place where we’d come back and a good balance quality offered for the...

We really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived, we've been greeted by friendly reception staff and let into our room. The room was amazing, very nice atmosphere due to the lights and large. Also smells great and has a comfortable bed, you can tell they clean the rooms often. The air conditioning was honestly amazing, i always felt fresh when entering the toom after a long hot day at the beach.

The food. Amazing in the evening, many choices and always different while also very tasty. We didnt have it in the afternoon, but in the morning and evening. Was a little dissapointing in the morning, the same food for like 3 days which was a bit of a let down. Was tasty in the morning, but just the same boring choices.

Despite the construction, it didnt affect us at all, just that the road which the hotel is on is not very accessible by car and very dusty. They call it a spa hotel, but by the looks of it, it will only be finished building next year🤔. The view of the room was nice pointing towards the beach, but if you didnt get one of those rooms then you would look towards a really big and nice lake, win or win.

Buna ziua. Am dorit si noi o experiența frumoasa pe litoral cu familia si acest hotel a fost cel mai convenabil, pe plaja, pensiune completa (desi citisem pe booking cand am facut rezervarea ca ar fi all inclusive, poate sa fi fost greseala noastră si de fapt sa fii scris doar pensiune completa, irelevanta, sa zicem, aceasta informație), ei bine, convenabila a fost având in vedere faptul ca faci 1 minut pana ajungi pe nisip din hotel, puncte in plus pentru amplasare si cam acesta cred ca e cel mai bun lucru de menționat, fara sa fiu răutăcioasă, nimic altceva nu m-a atras si nu m-a facut sa spun “clar la anul revenim tot aici”, nup :) din păcate nu merita a doua șansa si acum sa va spun de ce: mancarea mediocra si de cantina pt hotel de 4 stele, felurile de mâncare se repeta, cel putin la mic dejun erau aceleași preparate in fiecare zi, prânzul si cina mai diversificat dar nu cu mult, ospătarii tineri, nu ca ar conta, dar comportamentul lor denota neprofesionalism, cred ca din 6 ospătari cu care am interacționat pot spune ca un singur băiat mi-a placut ca si comportament si atitudine fata de CLIENȚII hotelului de 4 STELE! Lăsând la o parte asta, curățenia se facea, zilnic, din cate puteam observa, prosoapele schimbate iar așternuturile la fel, aici nu ma pot plânge, balconul ar trebui curățat mai des dar in rest, ca si curatenie nu ma pot plânge ca a fost ok, in schimb curățenia de pe terasa cam lasa de dorit, o fi vântul de vina, faptul ca e plaja aproape si vine nisip pe terasa, e ok, se înțelege, dar pânzele de păianjen? Acelea sunt acolo de mult si nu ca le-a adus vântul ci faptul ca nu se curata. Pe langa toate acestea, ni se oferea la masa doar apa plata/minerală, nu cu rație ca nu este menționat acest lucru nicaieri, dar daca mai ceri o apa pe persoana dupa ce ca ti-ai permis sa ceri deja una, parca se uita urat si ar vrea sa iti spună sa mergi sa iti cumperi :) dar haide sa zicem ca e ok, e doar pensiune completa nu all inclusive, dar o camera a fost 6.000 de lei, pentru banii astia meriti la masa doar o apa? Zic si eu, si tocmai de-asta romanii aleg Grecia/Bulgaria/Turcia, dai un ban dar stai in fata si te tratează exemplar. De personal nu mentionez altceva, ca nu are rost, am spus destule. Bafta multă in continuare, dar nu voi recomanda acest hotel pe...
