HEgo - Adults Only — Hotel in Hunedoara

Nice hotel with lovely beds and beautiful finishes in rooms. But it is expensive and does not merit it's 5*. Biggest draw-back - there is no lift. Yes there is only 2 floors but lift is bare minimum. To enter you have to go around the pool and up high stairs/steep ramp which is not practical with luggage. They could start by removing some of the numerous sunbeds to make more space. And changing the music, because it is the same few songs on repeat continously in pool area/restaurant. The sign on front of hotel was intermittently flashing and some bulbs were out on lamps around pool area. Breakfast is ok, but repetitive and the cereal was stale. My husband and I stayed in this hotel overnight, we had booked it at the last minute as we were leaving Romania the next day after our road trip around. We didn’t know what to expect, but it was absolutely lovely, it was very nice and clean and the room we stayed in was brilliant, we had a lovely evening meal and also breakfast in the morning. I would like to say the lady who managed the hotel was amazing, very nice, friendly and so helpful and she had a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend...

Succesul unei nopți reușite la acest hotel este:o paletă pentru sleit țânțarii,și să nu vă fie somn toată noaptea(ca să aveți energie să îi dovediți). Cameră 30 nu are plasă de țânțari decât la un geam și la cealalt geam este rupt sistemul de prindere. Am sleit toata noaptea in jur de 25 de țânțari și chiar au mai rămas. Am făcut rezervarea telefonic și am specificat ca îmi doresc o cameră liniștită,ajunși acolo am primit o cameră poziționată între alte 2 camere:într-o parte era un domn care săraci a tușit toată noaptea și într-o parte erau două cucoane care au mers pe tocuri,au ascultat muzică și au povestit câte în lună și în stele-știu tot ce au discutat chiar dacă erau italience pentru ca PEREȚII sunt foarte SUBȚIRI!

Personalul este foarte amabil,la capitolul curățenie se poate mai bine. Hotelul nu are mochetă ,deci tocurile si rolele bagajelor se aud și răsună!

Bucătăria nu a funcționat pentru ca personalul era liber.

Piscina era acoperit din motive meteorologice!

În concluzie:NU am închis un ochi toată noaptea! Am stat să îmi păzesc copilul de țânțari!

Micul dejun foarte bun amplasat în recepție . Restaurantul și barul foarte moderne.

Consider ca nu am fost respectat ca și client din moment ce hotelul era gol(luni spre marți) și mi-au dat cameră între alte două (ei știind ca se aude totul și mai ales ca cerusem o cameră cu liniște...
