La Mariana — Hotel in Limanu

Horrible customer service. Apart from them being cold and expeditive, we had an incident due to their bracelets. We received some green flashy bracelets branded big with the name of the camping. From the very beginining we asked if we could keep them safe without wearing them (as we found it sensitive to wear so visible information about where we are staying on our holiday). They agreed. But during the night, when we got back at 3AM and the administrator asked for us to show our bracelets, he made a big scandal that we weren't wearing them. He got really offended by our reasons not to wear them (as if we were mortally offending their brand name) and wanted to KICK US OUT at 3 A.M. He literally said "I don't care about the customers' opinion". He let us go with leaving the second day in the morning. We were not making a big fuss, were not drunk, but he was smelling of alcohol. The attitude was incredibly offending. There are other campings in Vama Veche, such as Sandalanda, where the customer service is sweet. We do not recommend this place. Don't go there, they have no respect for...

I would not recommend camping / lodging in this location.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the mattresses are awful. Second, their bathrooms smell like death, I can't stress how bad they smell.

Third, their rooms are very dirty, they do not bother cleaning or changing your bed sheets.

The staff is misleading, always discussing money issues and attempting to charge more money.

Stay away, better places can be found for the same price range.

Tineti-va departe de locatie, preturi prea mari pentru conditiile oferite. Baile miros infiorator, camerele la fel. Staff-ul foloseste tot felul de tertipuri pentru a va cere bani in plus. O mizerie...

Experienta oribila, gazda foarte dezagreabila. Daca vreti sa fiti treziti la 4:30 dimineata si sa fiti tratati ca un nimic atunci chiar va recomand locul acesta ! Gazda este cat se poate de mincinoasa (daca nu este prima data cand va duceti, inventa fel si fel de probleme care le-ati cauzat data trecuta ca sa platiti mai scump). Pretul este muuult mai mare decat celelalte cazari (unde sa fim seriosi, aveti conditii !). Diferenta intre pretul din sezon si cel din extra sezoneste doar de 30 lei (si 50 de lei mai mult decat celelalte cazari). Camerele sunt destul de ok (singurul punct pozitiv !) dar baia arata ca si cum nu a mai fost curatata de 10 ani (mirosul este groaznic !), wc-ul nu este fixat in sol... Oameni vin in vacanta sa se odihneasca, din pacate, nu este posibil la Mariana. Este al doilea an cand ma duc la ea si de fiecare data, in fiecare seara, cainii dansei latra la fix 4:30 pana la 6 dimineata. Sa nu cumva sa ii ziceti doamnei pentru ca sa poate enerva si va spune ca nu este posibil sa ii auziti ca ei se afla in fundul curtii si ii tine in cusca. Asi dori sa adaug faptul ca nu am stat la cort ci la camera (si la etaj...) deci nu cred ca eram singurii care ii auzeau. Cu toate acestea doamna isi permite sa va ceara o suma exagerat de scumpa. Mai bine dorm pe plaja in cort decat sa mai ma duc...
