Istria — Hotel in Mangalia

I had a wonderful 9-night stay at the Istria Hotel in Neptun (from July 5th to July 14th, 2023) and was truly impressed with the value it offered! The staff was very polite, and the hotel was impeccably clean, providing a serene and relaxing experience.||The room was lovely, simple, and had a charming retro touch, with a predominantly white color scheme. Smoking was allowed only on the balcony, which offered a beautiful view and had two chairs, a small table, and an ashtray. ||The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and majestic lime trees, with a beech oak reserve nearby.||Despite having only two stars, the Istria Hotel exceeded our expectations with the exceptional service provided by its staff (manager, receptionists, cleaning staff, and everyone else). ||The manager deserves special appreciation for being polite, kind, and always available to promptly and efficiently resolve any issues.||Would I return? Absolutely! ||We look forward to coming back to this hotel because of the excellent treatment we received and the outstanding quality/price ratio. The hospitality, positive attitude, and warm smiles from the hosts made our stay truly delightful. The comfort, tranquility, and serenity here made it feel like a true vacation!||Thank you,...

The rooms are large, beds are good, the AC was perfect, TV, WiFi, a small fridge was perfect as well. Just the windows and door of the balcony are old wooden ones, clean (everything fresh painted), but very hard to be actioned. Whatever, a perfect plus was an insect-net framed in the window! The balcony was dusty, spider-webbed, but the room was completely clean and the bed sheets were sparkling white and scrubbed. The towels old... Well, for a two stars hotel, that's it! P.S. Nicolae Sasu ...cam cat ai baut in fiecare zi... ??? Te ai facut praf..sau ai primit ceva ptr recenzii mincinoase??..cum poti sa spui ca hotelul se afla in centrul orasului..lucru adevarat...dar sa spui ca este aproape de plaja.?. Ai facut plaja pe hotel...??? Este la 1.8 km plaja ...ce va mai place sa mancati...k.plus ca hotelul eate praf..gresia noua si o consola.va rog fiti atenti 1.geamurile (tocurile)din lemn minim 50 ani.care nu se inchid decat daca ii dai tare un picior jos la baza de se aude pe tot palierul 2.plasa de tantari doar la un gemulet de 30/120cm.la usa nicidecum. 3.aer conditionat doar la ultimul etaj.de parca nu ai plati...vii la mare in cocediu sa cheltui bani si aerul este u privilegiu..nu o necesitate ? Asta trebuia sa fie de la sine in pret. In prima zi am deschis usa de la camera...ne am cazat si am pllecat pana jos.am revenit si gata...usa sa blocat.nu am mai putut descuia. Am stat in receptie o ora sa vina cineva sa o repare..asta asa de bine a ti venit. Asternuturile se schimba la 4 zile si prosoapele la 3 zile.. De maturat ..aspirat nu se pune problema...avem nisip pe jos ca sa nu ne iesim din mana..de la plaja.. 7.aveti grija cu animalele de companie..am un caine.chiuahua..un monstru de 2.7kg si 38cm lungime . Pret cazare pt el 50 lei pe zi..respectiv 250lei ptr 5 zile...un calcul scurt..la 30 zile 1.500lei = 300euro..pret garsoniera de inchiriat in multe orase din tara..poate si 2 camere...o Absurditate! In prima dimineata cobor sa iau cafea de la dozatorul din receptie... ,,DEFECT". DACA VOI ZICETI CA HOTELUL ASTA MERITA MAXIM O STEA..SUNTETI INDULGENTI. Stiu foarte bine ce inseamna 2 stele..este clar..dar nu asa praf... NU RECOMAND NICI LA DUSMANI!!! Un gunoi in centrul...
