For a family with kids I recomand Neptun resort on Black sea Romania. This resort is full of hotels with 2, 3 or 4* and I believe also 5* with relaxing very well good food on hotel restaurant but there are many restaurants "a la cart" with very good food. In the day time you'll go to the beach there are plenty and for me the beach with flags ( steaguri beach) is the best. On the beach and also in water is sand and there are also sunbeds and umbrellas for fee, but also place for towels on sand and your umbrellas no fees.
