First thing, when we entered the room - smell of cigarettes everywhere. Door lock looks like someone desperately tried to escape (I can understand them), window is "not to see thru" and you can open only the very top of it. Also seems it's a wall of another building behind it. Air conditioner is not working. So the smell of cigarettes and no way to get more fresh air thru the window. Furniture is old, not clean. Theres some kind of driftwood under the bed, that helps to hold the bed 😀 Weird stains on the carpet, also seems like tiny stains of old blood on the sheets (so not sure if they were washed), super old chewing gum on the side of the wall next to bed. Chlorine smell in the bathroom. No shower curtain, so water gets everywhere. In the morning we noticed that it's weirdly dark in the room, like if it's super cloudy or a late evening outside. That's when we checked what's behind our window. It was an inside corridor in that building! What a...? It had a roof, doors to get in and was used to hold stuff. So another building had their windows in this corridor as well, even air conditioners! Means that none of these rooms have any ventilation, you smell all the cigarettes because people clearly smoke inside and you don't have a clear air coming. Is it even legal?? We got out of there and will never come back. DO NOT...

Read moreThe location in the centre of Pitesti was ideal and very easy to find. We parked outside the opposite hotel and told this would be fine, but next morning the parking attendant was trying to charge us an hourly rate for the whole night. Dog rate was only 2 euro. The restaurant that night was empty but not surprising as decorated like a really out dated wedding venue from the 70's. The food was acceptable but nothing memorable. The room was ok, but shower really bad. The bed was very...
