We entered the hotel using a gorgeous exterior staircase, which reminds you with each step that you are in the mountains. Then, you're amazed by the intricacies of the hallways—nothing complicated, just old-fashioned built; it left me with the feeling of an extraordinary resort near Sorento. ||1. Personal|The ladies that I interacted with were kind and accommodating. ||2. Rooms|Given that I caught a busy time, I didn't get the best room, but even the one I did enjoy had a grade 10 view—you could see the mountains and the city center all in one glance. ||The first thing I was pleased to notice was the quality of the doors and windows, as well as the wrought iron fencing around the balcony. ||Second, that everything was spotlessly clean. ||3. Suggestions|Unfortunately, you can see how time has begun to dig into the integrity of certain pieces of furniture and I think it would be a shame to leave these to chance. Without replacing the furniture with modern ones, which would take away from the nice atmosphere that the current ones offer, I feel that the furniture pieces need better maintenance. ||4. We couldn't find another hotel in the center of Sinaia due to some congresses and the only reasonable alternative was TV Condor. It's not very far from the center - a few minutes walk (climb) if you're in good shape. Otherwise, I recommend a taxi.||The pension is rated as a 5 daisies (Romanian rating for pensions) location, but it's 3-4 stars, in my opinion. The owner and his employee are friendly and helpful so I couldn't argue on the service.||One issue - for those not very fit - is that you have to climb many stairs in a narrow space, to get to the rooms. Second - the rooms are decorated in an old fashioned style, but with some modern-style added details that don't really fit the general design. For example - an old-style brown-wooden bed with white plastic decorations, brown window frames and golden plastic decorations, chrome and black office chairs, table and minibar!||The view from my room was another house a few meters close.||The bathroom was ok.||Breakfast was decent and the lady serving it was very kind and helpful.||Overall impression - an up-on-the-hill pension that costs a fortune to build but could have been...

Me, my family and girlfriend booked 3 nights here and we loved it. The staff was great, the location was close for what we needed (couple of minutes walk to everything you need). Indeed if you like to take water and do a little shopping you most probably need a car to not carry everything up the hill.|In each of the mornings the host made us a goos coffee (also we received a cookie).
