Hotel Moldavia — Hotel in Slănic-Moldova

Dinner Service was ok... But the management is quite rigid...i ordered a Caesar salad, and asked particular to take off the meat and egg, and i was told that can't be possible.. It's unbelievable at 4* hotel to meet this kind of management... Dear management, Caesar salad contains chicken, not bacon, and think about some people who may follow some diets or having maybe egg allergy, would u rather keep the classic recipe due to arrogance and make people leave with an ambulance from a 4* hotel, or would u consider a little less rigidity as a customer focus approach,?

Would it make any difference if i told you i ordered a lot better caesar salad at the chinese food court, in greece, where the waitress didn't tell me "do u expect to change the recipe for u?"...yes, i expect at a 4* hotel to get a 4* service

And this is why we'll go somewhere else. I'm sure u would...

I’ve choose to spend summer holiday in the mounts incl. for treatment reasons at Slanic Moldova. Nice choice and option by Moldavia Hotel. Hostels polite, breakfast diverse and tasty. A variety of things to do nearby: healthy/pure medicinal water, fresh air, hiking, concerts in the evening, traditional Langos and Papanasi as desert amazing. In the area Balnear treatment center which offers care and healing for basically every diseases by middle age, for Kids inhalation breathing problems exist a medical center by Venus Hotel. Not far away in Târgu Ocna 17 km exist Salted Mine Salina Trotus and salted Bathes Strand Târgu Ocna Bai Sarate. The rest price to eat are affordable European range and the adventure worth it. We chosen this hotel for Easter time. I saw on net, and our choice was great. The location of the hotel is in the center of resort Slănic Moldova. The whole region is a natural wonder. The hotel was renovated and looks great, more than 3 stars. The food is excellent and the breakfast was very generous. The hotel has also a beautiful terrace, also the space for parking cars. The staff is very good in the relations with clients. Also in restaurant very nice staff. The cleanliness is very good in hotel and also in room. |I recommend this hotel because really is very good. Worth it...
