Nemira — Hotel in Slănic-Moldova

I don't recommend this hotel, only if you want to ruin your holiday. Rude staff at front desk and in the restaurant, we asked if we could change the room because when we arrived we noticed it wasn't the one we booked, but the girl from the reception told us "You can leave if you are not satisfaid", totally unprofessional and jerk since we traveled 500km to get there. She didn't try solve the problem and threw us the register to complete, like she was doing us a favor.||Also they pretend the breakfast is between 8-10, but if you go at 9 o'clock you will find many empty plates, they didn't refill it and if you ask them to do this, the staff answer rude that "they don't refill because it's one hour left and what if the food will not be eaten? The city where the hotel is located is a pretty nice location to regain the energy. A very silent mountain resort. The bad thing is the road from Targu-Ocna where we almost gave up.||||The rooms of the hotel were pretty small. We did not receive the toiletries. We mentioned to the receptionist. She said that we’ll receive them next morning (we were lucky as we had some with us otherwise we would have not been able to take the shower that evening). The glasses in the bathroom were dirty although they were inside the foil. The breakfast room is a little too crowded. We had few days for relaxion and chose this hotel from Slanic Moldova, a wonderful resort of Moldavia. I chosen excellent because when we arrived and received our room I was so pleased. Very good in every way, large room, very clean, very good furniture. Also bathroom with great space and well arranged inside. We had only a small problems with some towels but solved it finally. The restaurant is also beautiful arranged. All of the great quality. I just love, love, love it! We served here the lunch and dinner and the food was very tatsy and enough.
