Casa Vera — Restaurant in Târgu Jiu

This place is amazing! It is a jewel for the city of Targu jiu. The rooms are cosy, and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and you have a variety of pillars to choose and relax( i usually sleep with all of them). As for the restaurant the food is fantastic, you have also the option to dine in a beautiful outdoor garden, and the service is great! Last, but definitely not least is the staff and genuine customers service . Guys i am telling you give this place 5 star ✨ cause of that. Everyone is breaking his back to help you. And if you have any kind of problem (outside of Casa Vera ) they will find a solution for you. This showed to me how pationate about their work they are. For me 10/10 , the only place i will go again if my path leads me there anytime...

The guesthouse is hosted by a nice and airy villa complete with a relaxed terrace down a quiet street just off the city centre. Rooms are large, correctly appointed and welcoming, with hardwood furniture and flooring, but without unnecessary decoration; they are very well kept. Bathrooms are equally large and well endowed. The restaurant (that also serves breakfast) has a great, mostly Mediterranean menu, with excellently prepared dishes. Having dinner there twice, my dishes were both times prepared with fresh ingredients and they were very tasty. Breakfast is fine as well, with a good selection of cold and warm items. My partner and I love this place! Very clean, modern, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable with great pillows. Laurentiu , the owner's son is a great host. He came to the parking lot to help us with our luggage, and provided us with helpful information throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Targu Jiu. The location is also a great asset, 5 min walking to Brancusi's Silence Table and another 20 walking minutes to the Endless...
