Doria — Hotel in Timișoara

I made a reservation on booking.com and there were several options. I had to choose between a 2+1(2 adults+1 kid) for 30$ and a 3 (3 adults) room for 35$. It had to be with 3 separate beds. ||When we arrived, there were just 2 beds with bed linen and a sofa. I found a pillow and another set of bed linen in the closet.||||When I asked the staff about this, and showed him the photos from booking.com he was just like: maybe the room you're talking about was free when you made the booking, but now, other guests have arrived and that's what left. It's a room for three and sofa is also a bed. ||||I didn't want to start a quarrel because it was meant to be a one night stand on our journey, and we had to travel by car another 800km next morning. ||||The sofa was short, It's not meant for adults. My feet where hanging from the side of it! ||The hotel looks old, the furniture is old, the hotel had a "funny" smell that my kid and I myself didn't like.||||I don't want to say that this property is bad, it's average. You get what you pay for. 35$ for a night for 2 adults and a 7 year old kid is...

Nu recomand, am fost întîmpinat cu "atitudine" de catre recepționer care a început sa urle la mine cum am ajuns ca s-a saturat de tenismeni și turneul nostru, ca l-am înnebunit! Părea băut, era foarte ciudat. Făcusem rezervare telefonica unde am vorbit cu o persoana foarte amabila, dar la locație s-a schimbat situația. Am dorit sa mai prelungesc o noapte șederea mea, am vorbit telefonic cu o alta persoana f amabila care mi-a  confirmat ca totul este ok, dar seara când m-am întors la pensiune am fost întâmpinat cum nu se poate mai rău de același "domn" care a început sa urle la mine ca nu mai am rezervare și sa îmi strâng bagajele și sa plec. I-am explicat ca am făcut rezervarea telefonic și mi-a replicat ca el nu știe nimic și sa îmi stâng lucrurile și sa plec, ca acolo nu e cocina, ca a întrat la mine în camera și erau tricouri întinse pe pat. Nu stiu cu ce drept a întrat la mine în camera, în condițiile în care nu se face nicio curățenie! Am observat mai apoi ca îmi luase telecomanda aparatului de aer condiționat pentru a nu  consuma curent spunându-mi ca la banii ăștia vreau și aer condiționat? Am plecat a doua zi deși intenționăm sa mai îmi prelungesc șederea deoarece concursul nu se terminase, dar am preferat sa îmi caut o alta locație. Nu sunt sigur ca nu am stat în "cocina" asa cum el singur a denumit-o, deoarece în ultima seara când am întrat în pensiune m-a izbit un miros de hoit! Deci experienta a fost total dezamăgitoare, nu voi mai calcă pragul acestei locații în viata...

Everything is quite oke, except for the most important thing, the bed. It's way to thin, so it's a very hard underground. The blanket is not big enough for 2 persons, so someone gets cold. If they improve the bed I would give 4 stars. If the decoration was less sad and the employees were a little bit more guest free I would say 5 stars. Room for...
